The location of the hotel is superb, being near Zermatt center and the cable car station. You can easily check, in at any time with their self, check, in system. the apartment is clean, well, maintained, and has plenty of storage space for your belongings. the kitchen is well, equipped and stocked with basic necessities like coffee, tea, and condiments. the owner is friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations and even offering snowboarding lessons.

There was a problem with the central heating throughout the entire building.
